LET ME TELL YOU A STORY
I was once where you are right now.
I started out running my own online shop, packing orders on the living room floor, writing product descriptions at midnight, trying to figure out why my checkout button had disappeared, again. Like most small business owners, I wore every hat, from head of marketing to chief tea maker.
More recently, I worked in-house for a large organisation, leading ecommerce strategy on a much bigger scale. Bigger budgets, bigger teams, same chaos. But I never forgot what it’s like being on your own, trying to keep things running while googling how to fix that one thing that’s suddenly broken.
Ecom Queen was born from that mix, scrappy shop owner roots, big brand experience, and a real urge to help people who are trying to do it all.
Now, I support small business owners with honest advice, clever strategy and the kind of no-fluff guidance I wish I’d had when I started. It’s ecommerce (and all things digital), but with humour, heart, and the occasional rant about checkout bugs.
